I can't use the Norwegian Bank App in my rooted phone with an unlocked bootloader. You say it's for "security reasons", but in fact my phone is more secure this way since I can keep updating its ROM with the latests Android security patches & upgrade it to the latest Android version. Otherwise I'd to stay with an old Factory ROM because the manufacturer unsupported this model a few years ago. Please relax the security restrictions (like detecting if the AOSP Keyboard is installed)

App not working on Pixel 6a. Same issue as reported by other users: when trying to do the identification process, the process fails with a "connection lost" error, despite stable network. When the phone is held in landscape mode (auto-rotate on) the ID scan works, but the process fails on the face check. Following customer service advise, I did the identification with another device. However, in order to use the app on my Pixel 6a, I need to repeat the process, which is failing. Fix required!

This review is about the app, not the bank. The app won't use the language my phone works in. In fact, only two options are available, Finnish or Swedish. Useless for anyone, like me who doesn't speak those languages. Now even worse. It was investigated and refused to fix the issue. Now I can't use the app as there is a survey to complete and I can't read it so I can't even see my balance or pay back the money
